  • Assessments are made of the numbers and types of staff required for wool harvesting.
  • Lists of duties are drawn up for additional staff.
  • Required capabilities of staff are defined prior to selection.

Shearing operations may include:

all sheep types, shearing facilities and equipment that are likely to be used for wool harvesting.
